All items are available for immediate delivery and ready for shipment, which means that DHL will deliver your package within 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made directly from Germany.

Sturfer & Sturftable:
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please return the goods to us only in perfect, unassembled condition. We do not accept assembled goods.

Refund:

We will arrange for a refund once your return has been processed or your order has been cancelled.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account after we receive your goods in our warehouse or cancel your order.

Prepayment:
You have already paid the invoice amount via prepayment? Then we will credit the amount to your bank account. It may take up to 10 business days to see the credit in your account.

Credit card:
The credit will be credited back to the credit card account we have debited. This can take up to 2-5 business days.

Klarna (except installment purchase with Klarna):
If you have chosen Klarna as the payment method for your order, the refund will also be processed via Klarna. After receiving the return, the refund will take approximately 2-5 business days. Please contact Klarna directly with any questions or uncertainties.

PayPal:
If you return one or more items, the amount will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred. This can take up to 2-5 business days. You can decide yourself at PayPal whether the amount is deposited on your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.
